ORDER INFORMATION


After placing an order will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After you complete the checkout process, the Order Summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed and an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

What should I do if I have not yet received my order confirmation via email?

After you complete the checkout process, the Order Summary page confirms the details of the order you have placed, but the order confirmation can sometimes take up to 24 hours to be sent to you via email. Please be patient as we may be experiencing high order volume, but if it has been 24 hours and you still have not received an order confirmation via email, please email us at care@JuicesandBotanics.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Email Not Yet Received."

Who do I contact if something is wrong with my order?

Can I get a refund?

So much love and attention has gone into creating Juices & Botanics so you can hydrate and grow your natural hair. Due to safety concerns we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your product was mishandled during shipping, please email care@JuicesAndBotanics.com within 7 business days of receiving your order so that we can resolve your issue. Please provide your order number with as many details, and pictures (if applicable), so that we can assist you.

Are Juices & Botanics products tested on animals?

We are a cruelty free brand, meaning that none of our products or ingredients are ever tested on animals.

Are Juices & Botanics products all-natural?

No, our products are not all-natural. However, we do not include harsh sulfates, parabens, artificial dyes, ethyl alcohol and phthalates.

How can I check the full ingredient lists for Juices & Botanics products?

Are Juices & Botanics sold at any other retailer?

Are Juices & Botanics for my "hair type"?

Our Juices & Botanics CEO & Founder Whitney, also known as The Growth Guru, does not believe in "hair typing." With over 16 years of experience in Natural Hair Care, Whitney understands that structurally all hair is more alike than most people recognize. Hair typing can be extremely inaccurate, confusing and even divisive, so the only "hair type" Whitney wants you to strive to be is "healthy!" Juices & Botanics is scientifically formulated for those who battle with dry, thirsty hair no matter how undernourished your strands. Are other Juices & Botanics products launching soon?

The foundation of Juices & Botanics is hydrating healthy hair therapy. We have recently launched more hair care products and select styling products, which you can view on the product pages and in our free hydration guide. Are Juices & Botanics products going to change my hair texture? 

No, Juices & Botanics products are not formulated with any chemical ingredients or properties that will alter the structural makeup or texture of your hair.

Should I expect curl definition from using Juices & Botanics products?

When using any of the Juices & Botanics hair care products (The Juice Detox, The Juice Cleanse, Juicy Smooth Conditioner, The Juice, The Quench Cream, The Drip, The Drip Gentle or HydraCream) you should expect more hydrated, healthy hair that aids in achieving curl definition but alone will not provide it. The chief purpose of those Juices & Botanics hair care products is to hydrate and moisturize your hair. For light curl definition, add Juices & Botanics JuicyCurls Curl Definition Cream as instructed in our free hydration guide.

Are Juices & Botanics products heavy enough for my hair?

Our Juices & Botanics CEO & Founder Whitney, also known as The Growth Guru, has authenticated that contrary to popular belief, lightweight products are better for textured hair than heavy products. With over 16 years of experience in Natural Hair Care and hundreds of clients she helped reach great lengths of healthy natural hair, Whitney has developed a unique philosophy that serves as the foundation to Our Grow Different Approach.

Should I be worried about any allergic reactions to Juices & Botanics products?

Many natural ingredients such as Lemongrass may be allergens. If you have any such allergies, we encourage you to explore the full list of the ingredients included in each of our products on the digital product pages under the expandable Ingredients section. For The Drip Healthy Hair Growth Elixir we offer a gentle version called The Drip Gentle.

 

 

Shipping Information

 

How much do you charge for shipping and how long does it take?

In the continental United States we ship standard (ground) for $X.XX, with orders arriving 3 to 7 business days after processing time. Please allow up to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation via email to receive a shipment confirmation.

Do you ship internationally? 

We have partnered with MyUS, the No. 1 international shipping service to bring your favorite brands to you.

 

With MyUS, you will be assigned a U.S.-based address where your package will be processed for shipping straight to your home country.

 

MyUS uses trusted delivery services like FedEx, UPS and DHL to ensure you receive your merchandise in the shortest amount of time.

 

To get started:

     1)  Sign up with MyUS and get your MyUS address to use at checkout

     2) Shop online at US stores, and have your packages sent to your MyUS address

     3) MyUS will let you know when you package has arrived and allow you to create a shipment request for all your purchases

     4) Your shipments will arrive at your door in 2-4 business days
