Whitney Eaddy, widely known as The Growth Guru™, is a celebrity natural hair wellness and growth expert. At her core, Whitney is a healer with an intentional mission: to empower women and guide them toward the restoration of their truest selves.

With over 20 years of experience, Whitney is internationally recognized for her “Her Growing Hands™” — the gift that has helped thousands of women grow their crowns to lengths once thought impossible. Credited as the ultimate afro-whisperer, her unique understanding of textured hair has made her a trusted voice for both celebrity and everyday women.

Whitney’s own journey began with chemical relaxers at the age of two. By nineteen, she experienced a revelation — that centuries-old beauty standards had encouraged women like herself to compromise the health of their curls, coils, and kinks. From that turning point forward, she dedicated her life to redefining beauty on her own terms and inspiring women everywhere to embrace the fullness of their natural hair.

Her methodologies, born from lived experience and self-taught mastery, continue to deliver radical results and fuel an ever-growing demand for her expertise worldwide.

Beyond hair, Whitney is HBCU-educated with a background in Public Relations, Marketing, Sales, and Creative Arts. These diverse experiences cultivated the entrepreneurial vision that ultimately birthed five brands under The Growth Guru™ umbrella — including Juices & Botanics.

Though healthy hair was her starting point, Whitney’s true ministry is rooted in self-love, empowerment, and growth in every area of life.
